Easter internet speed boost

Good news for our valued customers. From Friday 15 April 2022, download speeds will increase for our premium plans.

We understand that the need to use an internet connection has grown even more in recent years. Many of our customers now work from home, so we have decided to increase the download speed of selected plans:

• Premium 1 – speed increased from 30 Mbps to 50 Mbps
• Premium 2 – speed increased from 40 Mbps to 60 Mbps
• Premium 3 – speed increased from 50 Mbps to 80 Mbps

The speed increase may not take effect automatically, so if your speed does not go up, we recommend switching the antenna off and on again, i.e. unplugging it from the mains.

What is a higher download speed good for?

Playing online games

Sometimes you need to unwind, and playing online games is one option. If you want to play multiplayer games, you will definitely need a stable internet connection with a good response time.

Video streaming

Netflix, HBO GO and other streaming platforms are growing ever more popular. To watch without interruptions and without the picture freezing, it is good to have high-quality home internet with a higher download speed.

Joining online meetings

Whether you use Meet, Zoom, Teams or another communication platform, you need a stable internet connection to make sure your meeting runs without unnecessary drops in sound or video.

Multiple connected devices

The more people share one household, the better it is to have a higher internet speed. Remember that devices such as fridges, washing machines and TVs can also be connected to the internet, so it is a good idea to choose a connection speed that comfortably handles your smart home.
