The very best internet TV

Compared with the biggest operators on the Czech market, working with this company on our request was a pleasant surprise. Clearly in the positive sense. Fast, to the point, without unnecessary bureaucracy. PK

Very satisfied, especially with the technician's approach, helpfulness and willingness. A very professional approach, fast and stable internet, excellent support. Great services. A great choice of plans.

Very satisfied with UVT net's services. The technician arrived at the agreed time, was very polite, set everything up quickly and carefully and explained it all clearly. The connection works reliably and without outages, exactly as agreed. For me, a fair internet provider that I can recommend without hesitation.

After almost twenty years, our community network is closing down, and a few days ago ÚVT Internet took over its infrastructure and most, if not all, of its members as customers. On top of all that, my equipment started failing, so circumstances forced me to deal with the situation. With some worry. And the first impression? A lightning-fast response from the provider. From my first call to the helpdesk to getting the new router working took less than an hour (I had my own router). Thanks, a great job and a warm welcome.

I am very satisfied with the connection, the service and the technician Mr Michalec – he is a real pro and always helps.

The technician was very helpful: he installed a new antenna on the roof in frost and snow, chose the best available transmitter, carried out the switch to UVT and tested everything, including setting up the public address. With the support of colleagues on the phone, he completed the final setup and testing. A very professional approach.

After half a year, completely satisfied with the wireless internet – the speed and above all the stability. I recommend it.

Our internet stopped working because of a device fault. The helpdesk was incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the service team brought a replacement part in their own car after working hours that same day. When I got home, they connected and activated it remotely.

A reliable connection and great customer support. Very satisfied!

Excellent service and a fast connection. I recommend it!

For me, a great approach from the technician, professional work and great internet speed. Thanks!

Absolutely satisfied with the technician's work and with the internet service.

Very satisfied with UVT net's services. The technician arrived at the agreed time, was very polite, set everything up quickly and carefully and explained it all clearly. Internet and TV run perfectly, top marks. The operator's personal and professional approach + top-quality technical support (both expertise and attitude to the customer) = a top team and my complete satisfaction!

I am really happy with UVT. When I had a fault, they fixed it the next morning. The technician who came completely surprised me – he was nice, helpful, polite and on top of that tidy and considerate. He even took his shoes off straight away, which has never happened to me with any other provider.

I would like to highlight UVT as a truly great service provider, not only thanks to the high-quality connection, but above all thanks to its very customer-friendly approach. I had a specific problem with Wi-Fi and contacted technical support, who helped me quickly and professionally.

A professional approach, he fixed everything, polite, quick to act, very satisfied.

An absolutely wonderful manner, my request was handled quickly, wonderful service.

I have been a customer for several years. My experience with support is excellent and the connection quality is perfect.

Completely satisfied so far. I have had internet (by cable) for over 2 months and it runs as it should, without a single outage. A big plus for the people on the customer line. I can only recommend them :)

We have had fibre from UVT for about a year and so far we are satisfied; I also get the SledováníTV service from UVT. The TV broadcaster has now changed its terms, and SledováníTV stopped working for me on the TV and on my mobile..
Thank you.. Ing. Erik Aresta

Our company has been using ÚVT's connection for several years, without the slightest problem. I can remember perhaps just one outage on their side (two more were down to my Time Capsules :-)), which they resolved promptly. We trust them so much that we pay for the services a year in advance, which makes life easier above all for the accountants on both sides. Great from me, and I can only recommend them.

Ms Ryjackova from UVT Internet is very pleasant, offers the best solution and what we agreed always held. I can recommend them!

I have not come across such a professional approach in a long time. Truly the right person in the right place. Hold on to people like that.

I was pleasantly surprised by the personal approach to my request for internet. I needed internet straight away and the lady arranged everything perfectly in my favour. Big praise from me.

Hello, I would like to thank Ms K. Čejková for her helpfulness and very pleasant manner when explaining the TV programmes on Skylink, which I now use to the full.

Thank you to UVT and above all to the people there for your effort in December, so that we could watch TV over the Christmas holidays. You are a great team and I appreciate your approach. Thank you. Iveta Jonášová

A very good experience, high-quality and fast service, the technicians are helpful and explain everything well. Incomparable with the usual operators. Nothing is a problem, they deal with everything straight away. For me, UVT is absolutely TOP!

I have had internet from ÚVT for several years and so far I am completely satisfied. The connection is fast and stable, with no outages. Customer support is helpful and, unlike with the big providers, you can get through to them within a few minutes.

An excellent provider: good prices, a stable connection and great communication with customers. When there is a problem, they actively try to help you quickly. Their technicians are also absolutely brilliant. Not only have they always helped me fix problems, they have also told me about other services and ways to improve and speed up my connection.
