Connection of the ÚVT Internet and Náš NET networks

Dear customers,

we would like to inform you about the connection of the ÚVT Internet and Náš NET networks

Náš NET s.r.o. provides its services (internet, television and telephone) in Český Brod and its surroundings. At this moment, our company is becoming a service organisation that will provide technical support to customers on the Náš NET network. All services provided to date will remain unchanged for all customers. At the same time, we are working to offer everyone in the Český Brod area even better services as soon as possible, above all a stable and fast internet connection for homes and businesses.

In connection with this link, the registered office of the branch and the bank account number are changing

From 1 March 2021, a branch office will be established at Jana Kouly 1479, 282 01 Český Brod. The branch office will currently be closed to customers due to the coronavirus epidemic in the Czech Republic.

The new bank account number is 2701917355/2010. Existing accounts will remain in place until the end of 2021, and until then all standing orders must be changed in favour of the new account. The variable symbol and payment interval remain unchanged, as does the amount that customers pay for the services.

In order to provide you with good technical support and to keep the settings of your services under control, we had to move to a new information system. We carried out this transition with the greatest care. However, if it should happen that the invoice we sent has already been paid or any other discrepancy appears, please contact our customer centre and we will check everything without delay.

We believe that this step will allow us to develop further and move the services we offer forward, which we hope our customers in particular will appreciate.
