Information about the merger of ÚVT Internet and NejPřipojení.cz

Dear customers,
we would like to inform you that as of 1 October 2023, part of the business of NejPřipojení.cz s.r.o. was permanently transferred to ÚVT Internet s.r.o.
As a result of this transfer, the position of creditors, debtors, suppliers or customers of NejPřipojení.cz is not changed in any way. This means that all obligations, i.e. all valid and effective contracts and agreements concluded with NejPřipojení.cz, remain in force, and by operation of law all rights and obligations pass to ÚVT Internet.
For customers, all the communication channels they have been used to remain in place. The contact details and the bank account for paying service fees also remain unchanged.
