Branch closed to the public

Dear customers,

due to preventive measures against the spread of the viral epidemic, our branch is temporarily closed to the public. You can still take care of everything via our customer line 227 023 023 or by e-mail sent to [email protected].

If you still need to visit our branch, our staff are ready to help you "through the window". However, we ask that in this case you wear a protective face mask at all times, so that we can protect your health and the health of our colleagues. 

Furthermore, we would like to ask that if you are expecting a visit from our technician at your home, you and the other members of your household, including children, also wear a protective face mask, already when opening the door. This measure is very important for mutual protection against infection with the COVID-19 coronavirus. It is a necessary measure for the work of our technicians in the field – at your home and at other customers' homes (servicing, installation). If the measure is not observed, it could happen that the technician refuses to carry out the service/installation.
