How can I cancel ÚVT Internet services?

Send your notice of termination in writing by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to Hrnčířská 383, 252 42 Jesenice-Zdiměřice. Download the template notice of termination of your internet contract here (in Czech).

Once we receive your notice, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. In it, you will also find the date on which your services end, information about the last invoice issued and how to return any equipment you have on loan from us.

If you decide to withdraw your notice, simply contact us again in writing at [email protected].
