Can I suspend my internet connection?

Yes, you can. Contact us by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone on 227 023 023 and have ready the date from which you want to suspend the service and, if applicable, the date from which you want to restore it.

For the START and SPECIAL plans, suspending the internet connection is charged at CZK 40 if it takes effect from the 1st day of the month. If you want to suspend the service during the month, this is charged at CZK 200.
