Internet in Horní Kruty

Compared with the biggest operators on the Czech market, working with this company on our request was a pleasant surprise. Clearly in the positive sense. Fast, to the point, without unnecessary bureaucracy. PK

Very satisfied, especially with the technician's approach, helpfulness and willingness. A very professional approach, fast and stable internet, excellent support. Great services. A great choice of plans.

Very satisfied with UVT net's services. The technician arrived at the agreed time, was very polite, set everything up quickly and carefully and explained it all clearly. The connection works reliably and without outages, exactly as agreed. For me, a fair internet provider that I can recommend without hesitation.

After almost twenty years, our community network is closing down, and a few days ago ÚVT Internet took over its infrastructure and most, if not all, of its members as customers. On top of all that, my equipment started failing, so circumstances forced me to deal with the situation. With some worry. And the first impression? A lightning-fast response from the provider. From my first call to the helpdesk to getting the new router working took less than an hour (I had my own router). Thanks, a great job and a warm welcome.

I am very satisfied with the connection, the service and the technician Mr Michalec – he is a real pro and always helps.

The technician was very helpful: he installed a new antenna on the roof in frost and snow, chose the best available transmitter, carried out the switch to UVT and tested everything, including setting up the public address. With the support of colleagues on the phone, he completed the final setup and testing. A very professional approach.
