We are looking for a colleague to join our customer service department

Location: Jesenice u Prahy

We are UVT Internet – we have been connecting homes and businesses across the Czech Republic for 25 years. We are looking for someone to join our team and look after our customers.

What you will do:

• Handle client requests (phone, email, chat, social media)

• Record them in the system

• Work with other departments

What we expect:

• Willingness to learn and find solutions

• Good computer skills and excellent Czech

• English is an advantage
