After almost twenty years, our community network is closing down, and a few days ago ÚVT Internet took over its infrastructure and most, if not all, of its members as customers. On top of all that, my equipment started failing, so circumstances forced me to deal with the situation. With some worry. And the first impression? A lightning-fast response from the provider. The technician was very helpful: he installed a new antenna on the roof in frost and snow, chose the best available transmitter, carried out the switch to UVT and tested everything, including setting up the public address. Our company has been using ÚVT's connection for several years, without the slightest problem. I can remember perhaps just one outage on their side (two more were down to my Time Capsules :-)), which they resolved promptly. We trust them so much that we pay for the services a year in advance, which makes life easier above all for the accountants on both sides. Great from me, and I can only recommend them.
